News From the Greater Miami Jewish Federation
“I am amazed at how quickly and efficiently we rise to the challenge.” These are the words of Federation Board Chair Isaac K. "Ike" Fisher who recently joined Federation President and CEO Jacob Solomon and a group of leaders from The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) on an emotional and meaningful mission at the Poland-Ukraine border.
Miami’s Jewish community is stronger together and that was certainly true this past Sunday as more than 900 donors contributed over $636,000 to support Federation’s work in Miami, in Israel and in more than 70 countries worldwide.
As the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine deepens, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation is continuing to support critical relief efforts on the ground.
