Give Your Eighth Grader an Israel Experience with IsraelNow

IsraelNow, an immersive travel experience acquainting eighth graders with Israel, is accepting applications through October 13 for its second cohort, March 20-29, 2023, during Miami-Dade County Spring Break. Sponsored by Federation and operated by our subsidiary agency the Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education (CAJE), the program is open to Jewish-identifying eighth-grade students enrolled in public school or non-Jewish private school. The IsraelNow mission is to introduce Jewish youth to Israel’s history, culture and people through hands-on experiences geared toward strengthening Jewish identity and commitment to Jewish life. The Miami group will join more than 120 teens from Chicago, Cleveland, Rochester and Broward and Palm Beach Counties for a week filled with dynamic programming and discovery.
