Global Connections is a national leaders forum, moderated by National Public Radio’s All Things Considered former host Robert Siegel interviewing experts on how the COVID-19 pandemic affects society, the economy, science, real estate, medicine and technology.

The September 23 Global Connections forum focuses on How Do We Emerge from This Economic Crisis and features:
• Dr. Stanley Fischer (Senior Advisor, BlackRock; former Vice Chair, US Federal Reserve; former Governor, Bank of Israel): “How to Fix America’s Economy?”
• Abby Joseph Cohen (Senior Investment Strategist, Goldman Sachs): “Why a Strong Stock Market & Dire Unemployment?”

Every Global Connections forum also includes an update on COVID-19, pertaining to Israel, the United States, and around the world, from Dr. Michael Drescher, Director of the 54,000 square foot, Level-1 emergency and trauma center at Israel’s Rabin Medical Center.
