Simphonie Fantastic - Israel 70 with the South Florida Symphony Orchestra

ISRAEL 70TH Anniversary Celebration with the SOUTH FLORIDA SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA conducted by Sebrina Alfonso presenting a work by Israeli composer NIMROD BORENSTEIN “If You Will It It Is No Dream”, based on words of Theodore Herzl. The beautiful music was composed as a celebration for Israel’s 70th anniversary and it is a USA premier. The concert program continues with Ravel's piano concerto in C performed by Cuban piano virtuoso "ALDO GAVILLAN" and finalizes with the Symphonie Fantastic by Berlioz, it is an epic for a huge orchestra through its movements, it tells the story of an artist’s self-destructive passion for a beautiful woman.

Concerts will take place at 7:30 PM April 15 at the Spanish River Congregation in Boca Raton, April 17th at the Broward Center in Fort Lauderdale, April 18th at the Arsht Center in Miami and April 19th at the Tennessee Williams theater in Key west.
