Description

As a Jew: Reclaiming Our Story from Those Who Blame, Shame, and Try to Erase Us
Join us for an evening of insight, honesty, and inspiration as we welcome former White House speechwriter SARAH HURWITZ, in her only South Florida appearance. She will share her journey from a “cultural Jew” to a passionate advocate for Jewish wisdom, unpack the historical forces that have shaped Jewish identity, and explore how we can confront antisemitism with pride, resilience, and joy. Every family will take home a complimentary copy of Sara Hurwitz’s award-winning & NY Times Bestselling new book, “As A Jew”—a special gift from CAJE: The Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education.

This event is part of Sages in the 305, a new lecture series from CAJE Adult Learning. It is generously sponsored by the Ganz Family Foundation, in loving memory of Charlie Ganz, z’l.

Tickets are complimentary, but advanced registration is required for security purposes. Optional round-trip bus transportation from North and South Miami-Dade is available for $20/person. Bus seats are limited and must be reserved by Oct 22.
