Description
The collection of recipes and stories date back to Crypto Jewish times when the Jews were hiding underground while outwardly pretending to be
Catholic. The grandmothers carried these recipes and all their traditions as they traveled from Spain to Portugal, Canary Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica and finally Cuba where Genie was born.
