Description
"JEWS AND THE MIDDLE AGES 1000 - 1500 AD"
Was Hitler Turning the Clock Back?
Did the suffering of the Jews in Medieval Europe start a cycle of persecution that centuries later climaxed in the Holocaust?
We cover a brief summary of Jewish history prior to the Middle Ages and early persecution. We see how the hatred of the Jews by the Church expands from religious to social and economic
persecution. This multi media presentation includes two video excerpts from the the movies Ivanhoe and The Merchant of Venice.
