Description
In 1941, during the Bucharest Pogrom,
10-year-old Eliahu saw his father murdered by the leader of the fascist militia. Years later, living in Israel and while fulfilling his military service, Eliahu learns that his father’s killer is fighting in Vietnam with the French Foreign Legion. Subsequently, Eliahu becomes a deserter as he embarks upon a quest for truth, justice,
and revenge. Inspired by real events, this film captures Eliahu’s story, highlighted by his Court
Martial for desertion in 1955.
