No Matter What with Michele Rothkopf, Dare to Dream Health & Life Coach
March 10th at 7 PM.
At this workshop, you will:
Learn about body image and how it is formed
Assess the health of your own relationship with your body
Begin to make peace with the aspects of your body you now reject
Experience a "Gratitude For My Body" guided meditation
Move from self-judgement to “Enjoy the view!”
*Please bring your journal/notebook and a pen/pencil.
