Greater Miami Hillel - Hillel Second Generation (H2G)

Hillel Second Generation (H2G) is an off-campus Hillel in Aventura which was created to respond to the need of Miami's off-campus Jewish college population. H2G is a not-for-profit organization accredited by Hillel International: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life. It is the first community based Hillel in the United States and is modeled after several Hillels in Latin America. The students play an active role at H2G and develop their own student board and different committees such as Career Development, Jewish Learning, Socials and Tzedek (volunteer projects). H2G's goal is to reach more than 5,000 students and young adults from the Miami Jewish community ages 18 to 26.
