The Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach

1933-1945 Meridian Avenue Miami Beach, Florida 33139

The Holocaust Memorial, known for its massive sculpture of an outstretched arm, pays homage to the 6 million Jews murdered during World War II. The four-story sculpture is surrounded by a rotunda filled with the names of Jews who perished across Europe during the Holocaust. Holocaust Survivors living in South Florida volunteer their time every day of the week to greet visitors and share their stories. The Holocaust Memorial, a committee of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation now hosts lectures and seminars in its indoor classroom from November to May.
